Caller name, phone, email, and address create a NEOS contact record on lead acceptance.
A matter is opened against the contact with practice area, incident date, and SOL date pre-filled from intake.

Lead source, marketing campaign, and referring number are written to NEOS custom fields for reporting.
In NEOS, go to Admin → API Access → Generate Key. Copy the firm-scoped key; Veari only needs Contacts + Matters write scope.
Open Dashboard → Settings → Integrations → NEOS and paste the key. We validate the credential immediately.
Pick which NEOS practice area each Veari case type (Auto, Slip & Fall, Wrongful Death, etc.) should open under.
From this moment, accepting a lead in Veari creates the contact + matter in NEOS within seconds.
Sign in to Veari and head to Settings → Integrations. NEOS appears at the top of the list.
