What syncs

Data that moves between
Veari and Gmail.

01

Intake confirmation send

When a lead is accepted, Veari sends a templated confirmation from your Gmail address to the caller.

02

Referral handoff

Refer-out cases generate a partner-firm email with the intake summary and a one-click reply-with-accept.

03

Threaded follow-up

Replies from the caller stay in your Gmail thread; the conversation also attaches to the Veari lead timeline.

04

Send-as identity

Send from your firm address (e.g. intake@firm.com) without showing Veari in the From header.

FAQ

Gmail questions

Will Veari read all my email?
No. We only request scopes to send mail and to thread replies into Veari conversations we initiated. Unrelated mail is never accessed.
Can I use a shared inbox like intake@firm.com?
Yes — connect with any Workspace user that has send-as permission on the shared address.
What if I disconnect?
Tokens are revoked immediately and email sending is paused. Lead records remain untouched.
